A single visit includes the same recording features. Add R350 for over 20–40 km or R700 for over 40–60 km.
Standard visits cover one home up to 600 m², with no more than two levels, and its immediate exterior. Larger homes, separate buildings, wider site coverage and travel beyond 60 km are unavailable at present.

Your records stay online throughout your visit schedule and for 12 months after the final visit.
A single visit also includes 12 months. Download your prepared records to keep your own copy, with instructions for opening them.

A premium project drive is coming later: recorded visits organised by date, viewing software and a presentation box with Site Replay branding and your project details.
An optional extra to keep at home or in a safe. Price and supported computers will be confirmed before it's available. Your included online access and downloads stay the same.

Can I see work that's already been covered?
You can revisit work we recorded while it was visible. A later visit cannot reveal work already hidden.
Will it show every detail?
8K describes the video we capture. Some small details may be unclear in the 3D walkthrough. Snapshots show the same detail as the walkthrough. Your builder or qualified professional assesses the work; this service provides a visual record, not a snag inspection or certification.
Who can see my record?
You choose who receives access and can ask us to withdraw it. Copies already downloaded cannot be recalled. We ask separately before using any site material publicly.
Can I keep my records online for longer?
After the included 12 months, hosting is R1 200 per year, per property, for up to 25 GB. We'll contact you before access ends; renewal starts only if you accept it. Larger archives retain their included download; hosting renewal above 25 GB is unavailable at present.
Can I keep the original video?
You can download it during the 90 days after each capture. Save any footage you want to keep before it expires. Your prepared 3D records have the separate access period above.
Recording for a client?
Builders, architects and project managers can use the same dated record to discuss work with an owner. The same visit prices apply. Book each home separately.
